A super nice copy of the vintage Dick and Jane 1st Grade book - Fun with Dick and Jane, the 1st Primer in the Dick and Jane series for the 1940's. This awesome Primer follows the 3 Pre-Primers; We Look and See, We Come and Go, and We Work and Play. Hard to find this nice!

This Primer was designed to fit the very early reading needs of children who were ready to learn sentences - during the 1st semester of first grade. With 160 pages of adorable stories and charming watercolor 1940's illustrations. Beautifully illustrated on each page by well-known artists Eleanor Campbell and Keith Ward.

Condition
VERY GOOD CONDITION - The covers are very good and clean. The corners have light rubbing and no fray. No school stamps, name written and name and address erased, shown in 2nd photo. No other markings. The pages are bright with light soil throughout and a lower small page turning tears mostly near spine, no writing, no large page tears found, and no missing pages. Colors are vivid and binding is good. A charming, nostalgic and very pretty copy.
